Frequently Asked Questions

Q.  Do I need to know the itinerary in order to make a reservation?

A.  No.  Make your reservation as soon as possible to ensure availability.  We can always change your itinerary.

Q.  Is there a deposit required to make a reservation?  Will my credit card be charged?

A.  A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation.  Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.  The balance is due on the date of service.

Q.  Do you have availability? 
A.  Yes!  However, your credit card will not be charged in the unlikely event that we are unable to accept your reservation.

Q.  What do we do after our reception?  We just need a ride from the reception for the Bride and Groom.
A.  Consider our "Getaway Car Service" for a one-way post-reception transfer.  See below for details.

Hi,
I just wanted to say thank you to all of you. You made our wedding day beautiful. I am so glad that i got to work with each and every one of you.  Everything went smoothly and people are still talking about it now. I wish that i had time to write a note to each of you, but we are getting ready for our honeymoon. The personal notes will have to wait till we get back. I would be happy to be used as a reference for any of you if needed.  The flowers were gorgeous, the cake was delicious, the food was fantastic,  the music was awesome, the planning and organization went smoothly, and I know that the photos will be perfect. The limo ride was great and i wish that
i could have ridden in it longer. I just wish that i could do it again so that I could hire all of you again. I could go on and on, but i still have
