Is tip included?
No. Tipping is left to the discretion of the customer.
We are confident that our chauffeurs will provide
outstanding service. Thank you for tipping your chauffeur!
How much is the deposit?
When do I pay the balance?
balance will be charged on the date of service. The
balance may also be paid in cash at the first pickup
location, in which case the credit card on file would not be
charged for the balance.
What's included in the limousine?
Complimentary bottled water,
ice, napkins and glassware are
provided in the bar area of stretch limousines.
When does my time start?
OK, let's say you book a 4 hour
wine tour beginning
at 11AM. The limousine will arrive at your location at
11:00AM. The four hour rental begins at this time.
To avoid extra charges, all passengers should be dropped off
no later than 3:00PM.
Are deposits refundable if I
cancel? Deposits are non-refundable
Drinking in the limo?
Yes. Bottled water is provided with stretch limousine rentals.
We are unable to provide alcohol, however, customers (21+) may bring alcoholic beverages to enjoy.
Eating or smoking inside the limo?
Sorry, no smoking or eating permitted in
our vehicles but you may bring food to enjoy at a winery!
Will we be comfortable at maximum
With any limousine
(regardless of limousine service), filling a limousine to
maximum capacity may not be comfortable for all guests.
What if we use more time than we
purchased? Scheduled time may be
pre-purchased at the discounted rates listed above any time
before the reservation begins. Unscheduled overtime
which has not been pre-purchased is billed at our standard
non-discounted rates. Luxury Sedan (Car Service):
40.00 per half hour or fraction. Stretch Limousine (6,8,10
PASS): 60.00 per half hour or fraction. Luxury Shuttle:
$75.00 per half hour or fraction. Stretch SUV Excursion, Bus
(Party or Shuttle) or Stretch Hummer H2: 120.00 per half hour or fraction.
How long have you been in business?
Since August, 2001. We've provided
service for very special occasions, literally, to customers
in every neighborhood in Northern Virginia and Washington
DC. Our only goal is to provide outstanding service.
That's how we maintain an "A" rating (the highest) from the
bureau that monitors business practices, as well as an "A+"
rating (also the highest) from Angie's List members.
