Q. Will I get a lower price
if I call?
A. The Internet allows us
to provide you with our
lowest prices which are
shown below. Lower prices
are not available by
calling. First, scroll down
to find your date of
service. Listed for each
date of service is the
vehicle type, passenger
capacity, price and
availability status
(available or sold out). A
20% service fee includes
chauffeur gratuity, local
tolls, fuel and
complimentary non-alcoholic
beverages. Any parking
charges at FedEx field are
the responsibility of the
customer and may be paid
directly to the parking
attendant.
Q. How far in advance
should we book?
A. Reservations are
accepted on a first-come
first-served basis.

Q. Is parking Included?
A. No. Parking is
handled at the stadium and
is the responsibility of the
customer. Parking
charges may be paid directly
to the parking attendant
upon arrival at FedEx field.
You may decide to contact
the Redskins Ticket Office
at 301-276-6050 in advance
to purchase a Limousine
Parking Pass. Parking
passes for other lots (i.e.
Green lot, Orange lot,
Purple lot) are generally
not valid for parking in the
Limousine lot.
However, our recommendation
is to contact the Redskins
Ticket Office at
301-276-6050 in advance to
trade in your parking pass
toward the purchase of a
Limousine parking pass.
In recent years, our
customers have been offered
a discount at the Limousine
lot for trading in the
amount of their valid
parking pass from other
lots, however this policy
may be subject to the
current Redskins policy on
your game day and may only
be confirmed by contacting
the Redskins ticket office.
Q. Do I need to know our
itinerary or where we will
be picked up in order to
make a reservation?
A. No. Make your
reservation as soon as
possible to guarantee
availability. We can always
change your itinerary. If
you don't know the pickup
location, you can just put
"TBD", or "To Be Determined"
when the system asks for the
pickup (or stop) location.
Q. Is there a deposit
required to make a
reservation? Will my credit
card be charged? Can we
cancel?
A. A 50% deposit is
required to make a
reservation. After we've
reviewed your online
reservation, we'll send a
one page contract called a
Reservation Agreement (via
e-mail) for your approval.
Once approved, you will sign
and date the contract and
fax to (703) 637-1103.
Contracts are confirmed on a
first-come first-served
basis, so please fax
quickly. Availability
changes quickly, and without
notice. The deposit is
non-refundable and
non-transferrable in
case of cancellation. The
balance is due on the date
of service. Of course, if
we are unable to confirm
your reservation your credit
card will not be charged.
Q. Do you have
availability?
A. Check the charts below
for your date of service.
If the vehicle type shows "AVAILABLE"
for your date of service
feel free to book your
reservation online and
quickly fax in the contract.
Q. What's included?
A. Our Redskins package
includes a pickup at your
location(s), transportation
to FedEx Field (chauffeur
and limousine wait in
Limousine parking lot or as
directed by FedEx Field
parking staff), and
transportation back to your
dropoff location(s).
Q. What's provided in the
vehicle?
A. Limousines include
complimentary non-alcoholic
beverages. Customers (21+)
may enjoy bringing their
favorite beer, wine, etc.
Q. Is food allowed?
A. Yes. Customer may
bring and enjoy their
favorite foods.
Customers may wish to eat
outside of the limousine to
avoid the possibility of
food spillage resulting in a
cleanup fee.
Q. Is smoking allowed?
A. No. All vehicles are
deemed non-smoking however
upon arrival at the stadium
customer are welcome to
enjoy their cigarettes
outside of the limousine.
Q. Is my reservation
confirmed as soon as I book
online?
A. No. After you book
online, you will receive a
contract via e-mail for your
review and approval. The
cardholder will sign and
date the contract and fax to
(703) 637-1103.
Reservations are time
stamped on receipt and
accepted on a first-come
first-served basis.
Reservations can only be
confirmed after you fax in
the signed contract. Of
course, if we are unable to
confirm your reservation
your credit card will not be
