What is required to make a reservation?

Please call 703-229-5057 to verify availability of your limousine and place a deposit on a major credit card of your choice.   A reservation agent will take the necessary information and a Reservation Confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail or fax.

When does billing start and stop?

Charges are accrued beginning at pick-up and ending at the final drop-off.   Charges for extra time will be billed the the credit card used for the reservation.

What is your minimum hourly requirement?

Generally speaking there is no hourly minimum.  We can provide services for as little as a transfer or up to a multi-day event.  There are, however, some blackout dates which do require an hourly minimum.  Please inquire for more information.

How can I stay in contact with my chauffeur during my trip?

All limousines offer hands free intercom systems for communicating with your driver during the trip.  Also, all chaffeurs carry cell phones so that you may contact them for additional pick-ups throughout the day.

What is your cancellation policy?

All payments and deposits are non-refundable.   In the event that Fairfax Limo is unable to start a job due to circumstances beyond our control, the customer's deposit will be refunded in full.

What is your alcoholic beverage policy?

Customers over the age of 21 are welcome to bring beverages of their choice.  Stretch limousines feature glassware, multiple ice compartments as well as complimentary ice and bottled water.

What if I accidentally leave something in the limousine?

We make every attempt to pro-actively return lost items to our customers but may not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.  Please contact the office at 703-229-5057 to inquire on a lost item.

What if I or someone in my party damages the vehicle during our trip?

Customer accepts financial responsibility for any and all damages resulting from improper use of the limousine and its contents, including but not limited to audio/video equipment, lighting, exterior and interior components including upholstery.  Fairfax Limo also reserves the right to charge a fee for excessive mess or spillage clean up resulting in the need for special upholstery cleaning or shampooing. This may be billed to customerís credit card on file.

Is smoking allowed in your limousines?

No.  As a courtesy to all customers smoking is prohibited in all Fairfax Limo vehicles.
