Please call
703-229-5057 to verify availability of your limousine and place a deposit on a
major credit card of your choice. A reservation agent will take the
necessary information and a Reservation Confirmation will be sent to you by
e-mail or fax.
Charges are accrued beginning at pick-up and ending at the final
drop-off. The balance (minus deposit) will be charged to the customer's
credit card on file unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Generally speaking there is no hourly minimum. We can
provide services for as little as a transfer or up to a multi-day event.
There are, however, some blackout dates which do require an hourly minimum.

For your convenience, a chauffeur gratuity is added to every
reservation.
All limousines offer hands free intercom systems for communicating with your
driver during the trip. Also, all chaffeurs carry cell phones so that you
may contact them for additional pick-ups throughout the day.
All deposits are non-refundable. In the event that Fairfax Limo is
unable to start a job due to circumstances beyond our control, the customer's
deposit will be refunded in full.
Customers over the age of 21 are welcome to bring any and all beverages of
their choice including bottles and cans. All limousines feature crystal glassware, multiple ice compartments as well as complimentary ice
and non-alcoholic beverages.
We recommend bringing your favorite CD's and VHS cassettes.
Hummer H2 also plays DVD's. Also, our guests age 21 and over may
bring alcoholic beverages. Fairfax Limo provides
complimentary ice and non-alcoholic beverages. Many guests also bring
cameras to capture the special memories from their trip.
Fairfax Limo makes every attempt to pro-actively return lost items to our
customers but may not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Customer accepts financial responsibility for any and all damages resulting from improper use of the limousine and its contents, including but not limited to audio/video equipment, lighting, exterior and interior components including
upholstery. Fairfax Limo also reserves the right to charge a fee for excessive mess or spillage clean up resulting in the need for special upholstery cleaning
or shampooing. This may be billed to customer’s credit card on file.
No. As a courtesy to all customers smoking is prohibited in all Fairfax
Limo vehicles.
