Q. How far in advance should we
book?
A. Since reservations are accepted on a
first-come first-served basis, book early!
Q. Do I need to know our itinerary
or pickup location in order to make a reservation?
A. No. Make your reservation
as soon as possible to guarantee availability. We can always
change your itinerary. If you don't know the pickup location,
you can just put "TBD", or "To Be Determined" when the system asks
for the pickup (or stop) location.
Q. Is there a deposit required to
make a reservation? Will my credit card be charged? Can
we cancel?
A. A 50% deposit is required to
make a reservation. Availability changes quickly, and without notice. The deposit is non-refundable and
non-transferrable in case of cancellation. The balance is due
on the date of service. Of course, if we are unable to confirm
your reservation your credit card will not be charged.
Q. What's provided in the vehicle?
A. Limousines include complimentary ice cold non-alcoholic beverages,
napkins and glassware. Adults may also bring their own
beverages to enjoy.
Q. Is smoking allowed in the limo?
A. No. All vehicles are deemed non-smoking.
Q. I'm on a roll and winning tons
of money at the table. Will you wait for me??
A. Of course! Keep in mind,
overtime charges will apply.
